Hey there, this is your friendly classmate, Angie! Who would have guessed that saliva could be made into a delicacy? :D/ Introducing.. Birds nest soup! You might be asking.. Hey, didn't you say saliva? It's a nest! >:c  Hear me out. Yes indeed, this is a bird's nest, specifically, a swiftlet's nest. Swiftlets have a special gland that secretes a sticky saliva. They use this to build their nests, as it dries up to cement-like strength.  ... isn't it dirty..? YES! that is exactly why its expensive! The nest is full of twigs, bird's droppings, and worst of all.. FEATHERS! Small, tiny, fine feathers that took ages to clean. No pain no gain.. :'D We soak the hardened nest in room temperature water overnight to loosen up the nest, and remove big impurities. Then.. we use tweezers to meticulously separate the nest from its feathers, and other impurities. People were amazed at how compact technology could be compressed. But how compact is too compact..? Meet The New MacTini. A 16-year-old comedy video about a compact laptop.. maybe.. a little too compact..?  Although the comedy style is different from what it is nowadays, I still enjoy watching old videos. Greetings, my fellow friends! Angie here, from Indonesia. I am currently residing in Tokyo and attending Digital Hollywood University. Back in Indonesia, I had a pet, Tiger! Cool right :D He is a.. toy poodle. I named him Tiger so I can boast to people saying that I own a Tiger at home.  My initial plan was to have a pet here and name it Lion. Hence, I bought a long-haired Syrian hamster last year. However, he looked more like a potato than a mighty lion, since all he did every day was eat, sleep, and repeat. In the end, I named him Mr. Potato. He has been my loyal roommate since.  As you might have noticed, I love animals. My house used to be called a mini zoo! I had a peacock, a civet, a falcon, an owl, several birds, fish, chickens, and snakes. It doesn't help that my house is located near a pet shop, so my brother and I would sneak out of the house and buy a new pet, without asking for my parents' permission first. It is easier to apologize than to get permission XD Anyway...
